Join a small group of us on Zoom from 9.30-10.00 pm any or everyday from Sunday to Friday. We wind down with a simple guided practice of mindfulness, mantra breathing, japa and kirtan meditation - perfect before bed!

Kirtan Meditation

We meet once a week on Saturday evenings in Bagshot, 7.30 - 9.00 pm for kirtan - an uplifting group meditation practice with music. Everyone welcome.
