Weekly Yoga Classes
The best way to get started is to come and try a class. General classes are on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings; daytime classes will be re-starting soon. Pregnancy yoga is on Saturday mornings. Check out the schedule for times. All classes are suitable for complete beginners.
If you would like to be part of a course that progresses week by week through the fundamentals of breath and movement, join an 8-week somatic movement course. These have a particular focus, for example, The Myth of Ageing, Pain-Free Backs, Hips & Knees, Neck & Shoulders and Unlock Stress.
If you’re ready to try meditation, we hold monthly classes which include a basic introduction and simple techniques that you can practice at home. Kirtan meditation is also held monthly. Both sessions are free, although we ask for a returnable deposit to secure a place.
Workshops run monthly and focus on a specific topic. Check the schedule for dates.

I attended Claudine’s classes for almost 3 years before moving back to Germany. I started with pregnancy yoga, which helped me prepare for birth and get a closer connection with my unborn baby. I made some very good friends at yoga too! Continuing on with weekly classes allowed me to improve my posture, reduce my back pain and gain greater awareness of my breathing. It also created a desire in me to teach, and I have just completed my yoga teaching training. I’m officially qualified which is extremely thrilling. It’s a great feeling to embark on this new path now.Verena Timmons
